Task: Head of Sales & Marketing nationally and internationally to bridge the vacancy. Additional integration of the DACH sales of the new US parent company (Allied Machine & Engineering Corp.) into the German organization. Operational management of the field service, marketing, inside sales, export and technical sales support.


Results: Sales analysis with action plan for the shareholders. Replacement and vacancy bridging of the sales manager. Successful realignment of marketing and sales including national and international sales strategy as an omni-channel approach via direct sales and dealers. Development and implementation of a new trade fair concept (AMB) in 2 months. Successful selection and training of a new sales manager from within the company. Selection, implementation and coaching of 4 new team leaders and handover to the new sales manager. Introduction of new product segments of the parent company and strategic realignment of international sales. Introduction of a key account system.
